Been a member here now for 4 months or so. Been a great experience. Respect the people who run the place (pro shop/cart workers) they will respect you back. Course is in good shape for price point. You get more than you pay for here which is always great. 😊 Although remember it is a cheap course to play so you just have to be patient with college kids/older folks. Budget friendly. Be kind.

Reilly was very knowledgeable, professional and did a wonderful job selling our home. She answered all of our questions and made the selling process quite easy. She found a wonderful couple to enjoy the beauty of Fairways county club as we did. I recommend Reilly as an excellent realtor and now friend.

After 21 years of having a home here, we were more than ready to turn in our boat storage keys and leave for the last time. Just two weeks after moving out, we received a call trying to collect rent, which made no sense given we were no longer residents. The level of disorganization is frustrating, and it’s no surprise homes here are constantly for sale and sit on the market for so long. It felt very clear that we were pushed out so the lot could be rented at a higher rate, rather than honoring the discounted rent tied to working in the park. Most of the residents are great, but we’re so glad to close this chapter!

It was my First time ever playing this course or any course in Orlando, and I was not disappointed. I usually golf in Jax and there is no shortage of well priced, nice courses. Obviously this was not TPC sawgrass, but for the price the course is in great condition. I have played more expensive courses with awful greens. The greens were true and fast, and a lot of the fairways were in great shape. They were actually a bit difficult to hold because it was so dry so you had to adjust for a lot of rollout even if you spin the ball a lot. The course is lowkey kind of tight and you have to take less than driver on a lot of the holes which was not to my advantage today because driver has been one of my best clubs in the bag. They have a soda fountain with ice and cold water in the pro shop, and the gentleman at the pro shop was super welcoming. He asked if I had been there and I said no so he gave me a good rundown and walked outside with me to show me a couple things. The only thing I will say is be careful or you may accidentally hurt someone by accident because the fairways can be tight and it’s all houses. So if you block one it’s going into someone’s front yard or car, I had a couple

You cannot beat the price of this course. Lots of great wildlife, quiet beautiful views. Small shop, quick service, and had tons of reservations at the time we went. Carts are nice as well. Restrooms available throughout course.
